Abstract

In conclusion, we hope that we have been able to convey to the readers the exciting new physics that has come out of ARPES studies of the high T c superconductors. What is really astonishing is the range of issues on which ARPES has given new insights: from non-Fermi liquid behavior with a Fermi surface, to the symmetry of the superconducting order parameter, to the development of a Fermi surface in a doped Mott-insulator and the pseudo-gap phenomena in the underdoped cuprates.
