Abstract
The Craelius drilling technique is discussed, which uses a lightweight rotary drilling apparatus with small diameter drill pipe and a diamond core bit. It is used primarily for exploratory drilling in shallow aquifers in consolidated formations, where it is important for planning purposes to obtain full core recovery. The equipment and the standardized casing and drill pipe sizes are presented.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
