Empirical Research Based on Spatial Evolution and Development Path of Urban Fringe Area under the Domestic Development Zone Background

As the research on urban fringe area edge city is flourishing continuously, this article takes Fozulin ridge Area of Wuhan East Lake New-Tech Development Zone as an example, which firstly summarizes the typical characteristics of urban fringe area under the background of current domestic development zone comprehensively, and then it analyzes the existing problems under this model at present, finally, viewing from the angle of the city planning by empirical research, it provides solutions for sustainable development of urban fringe area and countermeasures to construct a new city.
