Abstract
In order to screen allelochemicals suppressing the growth of invasive weed B.pilosa,two synthetic furanone allelochemicals(No.110 and No.710) were employed to treat B.pilosa seedlings,then the changes of chlorophyll contents,plasma membranes permeability,SOD activity and root vigor were evaluated.The results showed that the two different concentrations of allelochemicals both impacted the metabolic activities of B.pilosa.When the concentration was 0.4 mmol/L,the content of chlorophyll in B.pilosa declined significantly,the allelopathy inhibition indexes were respectively-0.471(No.110) and-0.494(No.710),plasma memebranes permeability increased obviously,but SOD activity and root vigor presented an upbeat trend.The weed-suppressive effect of allelochemical No.110 was superior to No.710.
