Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of employee welfare, employee motivation and discipline on employee engagement at BKD Sidoarjo by using employee satisfaction as an intervening variable. The results obtained are that employee welfare has no effect on employee engagement with BKD, employee motivation has no effect on employee engagement with BKD, employee discipline has no effect on employee engagement with BKD, employee welfare has an effect on employee satisfaction, employee motivation has an effect on employee satisfaction, employee discipline. has an effect on Employee Satisfaction, Employee Discipline has an effect on Employee Satisfaction, Employee Welfare has no effect on Employee Engagement with BKD through Employee Satisfaction, Employee Motivation has an effect on Employee Engagement with BKD through Employee Satisfaction, and Employee Discipline has an effect on Employee Engagement with BKD through Employee Satisfaction.
