By analyzing 30 research papers, it unveils the potent link between TPM and increased productivity alongside reduced waste. Highlighting Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as a crucial metric, the review emphasizes the importance of 5S as a foundational step for successful TPM implementation. With global adoption surging, TPM is solidifying its position as a world-class strategy for achieving peak manufacturing performance."
