芳香烃受体(AHR)在肠道的免疫和非免疫细胞中广泛表达。AHR介导的相关效应参与肠道炎症、肠道黏膜屏障、肠道免疫、肠道动力等肠道功能。AHR的内源性配体主要由肠道菌群提供,同时AHR可以通过肠道微生物来发挥作用。AHR信号传导可通过上述途径参与肠道疾病的发生、发展以及预后。本文主要对AHR在肠道中的作用展开综述,为AHR在该领域的研究提供新的方向。.
