Abstract
This raw data includes the results obtained from LC-MS/MS and MultiQuant. Briefly, blubber samples were collected from 22 dead bottlenose dolphins stranded along the Yucatan coast between 2016 and 2019. All the collected samples were authorized by the Secretary of Environmental and Natural Resources of Mexico (SEMARNAT) with permits No. SGPA/DGVS/02797/16, SGPA/DGVS/00403/17, SGPA/DGVS/007603/18 and SGPA/DGVS/06727/19. Lipid extraction was carried out using the Bligh and Dyer method. All samples were analyzed using an Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography system coupled to a QTrap 6500 mass spectrometer. Relative concentrations from a total of 1141 lipid species were calculated based on the concentration of the internal standard using MultiQuant software.
