Abstract

ABSTRACT The white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) is a causative agent of white spot disease (WSD) in crustaceans, especially in cultivated black tiger shrimp ( Penaeus monodon ), leading to significant economic losses in the aquaculture sector. The present study describes four whole genome sequences of WSSV obtained from coastal regions of Bangladesh.
