Abstract
The authors analyze the concept of insignificance contained in Part 2 of Article 14 of the Crimi-nal Code of the Russian Federation. They consider the signs of this concept, analyze law enforcement practice, criticize some of the provisions established in the theory of criminal law. They provide a list of signs of insignificance of the act.
