Abstract
With the development of technology in today’s world, virtual reality technology, a highly interactive approach, is gradually coming into people’s lives. Virtual reality is the use of computer simulation to produce a three-dimensional space of the virtual world, providing the user about the visual and other sensory simulation, so that users feel as if they are in the real world, can instantly and without limit to observe the things in the three-dimensional space. In this paper, three aspects of virtual reality technology are analyzed and discussed. The paper focuses on the application of virtual reality in healthcare, the application of virtual reality in game design and the application of virtual reality in design. A comparison with traditional approaches is included. The thesis also concludes with a summary of the whole paper and an outlook on the future development of virtual reality technology.
