Abstract

症例は68歳男性．64歳時に右中葉肺癌（pTis）に対し胸腔鏡下右中葉切除術を行われた．術後3年，左肺上葉S3縦隔側にpart solid noduleが出現．その後増大傾向であり，原発性肺癌が疑われ手術の方針となった．
