Abstract
Abstract The Japan Research Reactor-3 (JRR-3) resumed its operations on February 26, 2021, and user program was restarted in July 2021. With the resumption of JRR-3 operation, two imaging facilities, the Thermal Neutron Radiography Facility (TNRF) and the Cold Neutron Radiography Facility (CNRF), have also resumed operations. At the TNRF, the imaging detection system, i.e. the cameras and light-tight boxes, has been updated, and the imaging performance has been investigated. The spatial resolution was measured using imaging plates at the CNRF. In this manuscript, we report the details of these two neutron facilities.
