Effective warming-up movement training is an effort to increase public awareness about the importance of warming-up properly and correctly with the Warming-up training method. Warming Up is a warm-up process that aims to increase body temperature, increase blood flow, increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury. This training will increase the awareness of the people of Karangtaruna about the importance of properly warming-up, so as to reduce the risk of injury and maximize sports results. The impact of success is in the form of increasing awareness and knowledge of the importance of warming up before exercising, increasing understanding that warming up can reduce the risk of injury and improve performance during exercise.
