膠原病に合併する間質性肺疾患（connective tissue diseases-associated interstitial lung disease：CTD-ILD）は，膠原病患者の予後を規定する合併症として重要である．CTD-ILDは，臨床像，組織パターン，画像パターンが多彩であり，基礎となる膠原病によってもその頻度等が異なる．最近，抗線維化薬などの新規治療法が開発されてきたが，その位置づけも含め治療に関するエビデンスは未だ乏しく，さらなる研究の発展が期待される．
