Abstract
In article number 2300090, Lijun Wang and co-workers explore the dissolution mechanism of chromite ore in CaO-SiO2 slag. The chromium oxide in chromite ore exhibits the most rapid dissolution rate at a basicity of 0.65. The SEM and EDS analysis revealed that the MgO and Al2O3 in chromite dissolved first, which facilitate the formation of irregular surface of chromite ore.
