Main aim of given study was comparison of effect of 20 mg/day of medostatin on level of lipids in different types of dyslipidemia - isoloted hypercholesterolemia and combined hyperlipidemia in patient with coronary heart disease. It was noted that 6 months therapy with medostatin exerted positive effect on blood lipid spectrum in both types of dyslipidemia.
