モンシロチョウ(Pieris rapae crucivora BOISDUVAL)卵期の発育速度と野外温度との関係が調べられ,恒温条件下で発育促進がみられるとともに,発育限界温度および有効温量が発生世代で,そして,おそらく地理的にも異なることが示唆された。
