Theoretical and Methodological Foundations of Economic Security

The article studies the concepts of security and economic security of the state. The essence of economic security is revealed through its functions. Approaches to economic security, levels of economic security and subjects are considered. The article also shows a comparative analysis of opinions on economic security; a number of key indicators are indicated that make it possible to understand the essence of the problem in order to ensure their economic security. Issues related to economic policy aimed at achieving economic security are also considered. The author conducts a study of threats to the economic security of the state. In conclusion of the study, the author formulates his own vision of the economic security of the state.
