Abstract

Supplementary Fig. S1. Apoptosis is not responsible for down-regulation of Dicer in HepG2 under hypoxic conditions. Western blot analysis of protein extracts from HepG2 cells cultured for 24 h under hypoxia (1% O2) (H) or normoxia (N) using anti-cleaved caspase-3 antibody. For positive control, HepG2 cells were treated with BI 2536 for 48 h with the indicated concentrations.
