Abstract

Tumor infiltrating cells from paired melanoma tissue (N=5 pre-Ipi; N=5 post-Ipi) were analyzed by CyTOF. The impact of ipilimumab on the intratumoral frequency of A) CD3+CD4+FOXP3+CTLA-4+ (Tregs), B) CD3+CD4+FOXP3-CTLA-4+ T cells, and C) CD3+CD4+FOXP3-CTLA-4- T cells. The dot plots represent mean with SD, and each dot represents a patient. Statistical significance is defined as P< 0.05.
