Abstract

Supplementary Figure S2. In panel A, immunohistochemistry for ERG in wild-type, Foxo1pc-/-, Pb-ERG and Foxo1pc-/-; Pb-ERG mouse prostates. In panel B, immunohistochemistry for FOXO1 in wild-type, Foxo1pc-/-, Pb-ERG and Foxo1pc-/-; Pb-ERG mouse prostates. ERG and FOXO1 are localized to the nucleus in mice where expression is expected.
