Abstract

Supplementary Figure S1 shows BAC construction for generating EpcamCreERT2 mice. Supplementary Figure S2 shows microscopic images of the liver of DDC-fed wild-type mice. Supplementary Figure S3 shows immunostaining images indicating cell behaviors in DDC-damaged liver. Supplementary Figure S4 shows immunostaining images demonstrating AID induction in DDC-damaged liver. Supplementary Figure S5 shows H&E, and immunostaining images of PDC-derived and Alb-derived HCCs. Supplementary Figure S6 shows tumorigenicity of PDC-derived HCCs.
