Abstract
This is the case of a 15-year-old male who presented with a giant juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma which involved the left pterygopalatine fossa, bilateral infratemporal fossae, left orbit, and clivus, with extension along the skull base. Initial resection was aborted due to massive hemorrhage. One week later, a gross total resection was performed via a Caldwell-Luc approach. A third surgery was performed to resect residual tumor within the left infratemporal fossa. This video summarizes the three surgeries.
