Abstract
The article considers approaches and relations for calculating the Coulomb logarithm used in determining the conductivity and other plasma transport coefficients. The reasons for the appearance of numerous expressions for the Coulomb logarithm are analyzed. These expressions are compared with the results of analytical and numerical calculations. Recommendations are proposed for calculating the Coulomb logarithm in a fairly wide range of the nonideality parameter.
