Abstract
In this study, the relationship between talent management and employee retention in the hospitality industry is analyzed and the influence of talent management is established. This study is an overview of various strategies in human resource management aspects which are collectively known as Talent Management. In this study, the authors analyzed, that within the organization line leaders and human resource managers play completely different roles in the work on worker performance and managing talent. The aim of the article is to look at the impact of Talent management and 6 dimensions together with Career Management, Mentoring, Coaching, Training, Job expertise, and Succession designing on worker Retention through structure trust among employees within the cordial reception trade.
