Abstract

Since organizational culture is a crucial factor to take into account for nearly every part of an organization, this topic has been chosen for the current project's study and analysis of the cultural parallels and differences between Indian multinationals and foreign multinationals.According to general observation, organizational cultures and climate vary greatly from one organization to the next.Indian multinationals and foreign multinational enterprises exhibit this difference the most.The organizational culture of two multinational and two national companies was the focus of the current study.For the purposes of the study, we have examined 12 organizational culture underlying elements in both Indian and international corporations, as well as four fundamental organizational culture dimensions.Studies of Indian multinational corporations and terms of all dimensional culture The organizational environment and cultures differ significantly from one organization to the next, according to general observation.The biggest examples of this divergence are Indian and international multinational corporations.The current study's main objective was to examine the organizational cultures of two international and two domestic organizations or the current project's study and analysis of the cultural parallels and differences between Indian multinationals and foreign multinationals, organizational culture has been chosen as the subject because it is an important component to consider for almost every part of an organization.
