Abstract

Recently, there has been a significant increase in the reliability of aircraft, at the same time their complication, therefore, the most vulnerable element of the aviation system becomes a person who is influenced by many factors. Referring to the ICAO statistics, it can be noted that recently 3 out of 4 aviation accidents occurred due to human fault. But despite this, a person remains the most flexible and adaptable element of the system. ICAO is taking various measures to reduce the number of accidents, but still their share associated with human error remains at 80%.
