outcomes for those patients.Electroconvulsive therapy may be a possible treatment as an augmentation strategy for patients with clozapine-resistant schizophrenia.Conclusions: This is the first TRS consensus in Argentina.In this consensus report, we provide a comprehensive literature review as well as a lengthy debate on TRS.As a result of this work, we developed recommendations.The recommendations are based on evidence and expertise and, are aligned with international consensus.This report will be of interest to anyone involved in the management of patients with TRS.References
