Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology, payment systems in transactions keep changing. The role of cash as a means of payment began to be replaced by a more efficient form of non-cash payment such as electronic money (E-Money). The use of E-Money in Indonesia has increased significantly. The purpose of this research is to find out as well as analyze factors that support or influence someone to use E-Money. The research method used in this research is quantitative method questionnaires distributed online by using Google Form tools. The sample includes 100 E-Money users across any city in Indonesia. The study result explains that attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control are factors in influencing the use of E-Money.
