Challenging the results of determining the cadastral value of land plots from the category of agricultural land on the territory of the Novosibirsk region

Abstract

The article considers the procedure for conducting the state cadastral valuation of land plots. The analysis of the results of the cadastral value of land plots from the category of agricultural land in the Novosibirsk region for 2020 was carried out. The results of establishing the cadastral value in the amount of the market value are presented.
