Abstract

It is well known that the great historical significance of the national liberation movement is an integral process of the people’s movement towards independence, socio-economic, political and spiritual progress in the development of Kazakh statehood. Independence has given us a wide opportunity to study the pages of history and give an objective assessment of the past of our state. Much attention should be paid to the study of the national liberation movement of the Kazakh people in close connection with the features of the process of teaching and learning of this subject in universities, colleges and schools. Therefore, the article argues that the theme of the national liberation movement requires in-depth research, improvement of methodology and historiography at a qualitatively high level.
