Abstract

Abstract An anticorrosion primer based on an epoxy oligomer modified with acrylonitrile butadiene carboxylate rubber cured with an organosilicon amine (γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) was used as an object of research. The influence of the formation mode (with the use of convection and thermoradiation drying) on the properties of an adhesive protective coating based on an epoxy–rubber primer has been studied. The optimal conditions for the formation of a primer coating that ensure its maximum adhesive strength are determined. The strength of adhesive joints in shear and uniform separation was determined using Elasil 137-175M adhesive–sealant without a primer coating, as well as with a coating, in the initial state, and after thermal aging, in addition to after tests in water and a tropical chamber.
