Organizational identification is a mature research field in the field of organizational behavior. Firstly, this paper systematically introduces the concept of organizational identification. In addition, the empirical research results of organizational identification are summarized, including the research on antecedents, outcome variables and intermediary variables of organizational identification. In the process of summary, the variables are divided into organizational level and individual level. Finally, the future research of organizational identification is prospected.
