2. Registered Land

This chapter offers a detailed account of how land registration operates under the Land Registration Act 2002 (LRA 2002). This chapter unpacks the LRA 2002 which governs land registration today: its objectives, mechanics, as well as exploring the implications of registration for the enforceability of interests in land.
