Abstract

Ограничение свободы как вид наказаний, не связанных с изоляцией от общества, представляет собой комплекс мероприятий, которые применяются к осужденным в качестве основного или дополнительного вида наказания. Исполнение данного наказания имеет ряд нерешенных проблем, требующих скорейшего пересмотра органами законодательной власти. Restriction of freedom as a type of punishment not related to isolation from society is a set of measures that are applied to convicts as the main or additional type of punishment. The execution of this punishment has a number of unresolved problems that require an early review by the legislative authorities.
