Abstract
Late years, launch of rockets is reinvigorating in Kyusyu, Japan. In 2020, Fukuoka and Oita were selected municipalities which promote space business. The Fukuoka university Student Rocket Project members developed small hybrid rocket and conducted the launch experiment of a small hybrid rocket. The Fukuoka university made a small rocket launching pad with Enjin Space Engineering Team. The rocket launch and the sea recovery were successfully. However, the parachute didn’t open and the collection point differ from predicted landing point. The cause of the difference between the collection point and the predicted point are crosswind’s effect and observation point of wind direction and wind speed which is far apart from launch pad. As a result, new launch site in Fukuoka prefecture and the launch pad were established. After launching the rocket, the launch pad was not broken. In collaboration with space-related manufacturers, we contributed to the creation of space transportation technology.
