Abstract
Tolosa-Hunt syndrome consist of. unilateral or periorbital headache, paresis of the III, IV, and/or VI cranial nerve ipsilateral to the headache, and image evidence of pathology in the cavernous sinus or superior orbital fissure. We present the case of a 76 YO woman who developed Tolosa-Hunt syndrome posteriorly to the application of Sinovac vaccine against Covid-19.
