Abstract
Fly ash and bottom ash represent a valuable source of portland cement concrete, portland-pozzolan cement, and portland cement itself. Satisfactory and uniform results can be obtained by development and use of suitable specification and quality control and quality assurance procedures in the production of the cement and concrete. /Author/
