The elements contained in the crime of Illegal Logging include activities, logging, timber transportation, logging, logging, and the purchase of timber, which can damage the forest, as well as there are laws that prohibit and conflict with applicable laws. Illegal logging includes a series of activities in forestry related to the use and management of forests that are against the law and may damage forests. it is concluded that the people who commit the crime of illegal logging are people who do not think about the impact or influence that will arise if illegal logging is carried out or illegal logging of forest trees. The impact of illegal logging is very detrimental to the community in addition to causing natural disasters, but will also cause disasters in crises of social and economic needs.
