We conducted cumulative and continuous cultivation of Chlorella vulgaris microalgae in a tubular photobioreactor. The estimation of biomass growth by optical density readings is produced and the coefficient of absorption is determined. The optimal conditions of Chlorella vulgaris microalgae cultivation for the synthesis of biodiesel have been selected experimentally.
