Abstract
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To assess the absolute and comparative efficacy and safety of dimethyl fumarate as monotherapy or combination therapy versus placebo or other approved disease‐modifying drugs (IFN‐β, glatiramer acetate, natalizumab, mitoxantrone, fingolimod, teriflunomide, alemtuzumab) for patients with MS.
