Abstract
This chapter discusses vaginal discharge, abnormal vaginal discharge, perimenopausal and postmenopausal discharge. Abnormal vaginal discharge is one of the common symptoms encountered in the gynaecology clinic, while discharge occurring per vaginam in older women has different causes and merits separate attention from those occurring in younger women.
