Abstract

J A M McDonnell (ed) Chichester: John Wiley 1978 pp xx + 693 price £28 This volume contains nine long articles which, taken together, cover the wideranging subject of cosmic (extraterrestrial) dust. Such dust can be found by sampling in the high atmosphere and in space and is revealed in the earth's environment when it scatters sunlight to give zodiacal light and in interstellar space by its attenuation of starlight.
