ON THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONCEPTUAL APPARATUS OF THE LABOR MARKET

The article analyzes the works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted. The main characteristics of the labor market are revealed, and on the basis of the synthesized research, the concepts of the labor market reflecting its main characteristics are proposed. The authors of the article came to the conclusion that the labor market should not only provide the reproduction process with a highly qualified and competent workforce, but also determine the working conditions, its payment and placement of economically active population in the spheres of economic activity. In the course of the research, the main characteristics of the labor market are identified and, based on the synthesized research, the concepts of the labor market reflecting the main characteristics of the labor market are proposed. The article also discusses the evolution of the development of labor market theory. During the research, the works of economists of different generations on the formation of the labor market and labor resources are analyzed. Significant works of scientists who have a significant contribution to the development of labor market theory are noted.
