Abstract
Orange flavor stands out as the most widely consumed products among fruit-based beverages ready for consumption. In 2009, orange flavor had a 35% share, ahead of apple flavor, which had a 16% share (Graph 38). However, in some markets, such as the United States, consumption of apple juice has been gaining ground over orange juice consumption. In countries such as Russia, Germany, Ukraine and Turkey, apple flavor prevails over orange flavor in the juice category. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
