Pembrolizumab monotherapy demonstrated a progression-free survival (PFS) benefit over brentuximab vedotin (BV) in patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) classical Hodgkin lymphoma, according to the results from the phase III international KEYNOTE-204 trial (Abstract 8005).
