Abstract Entsprechende Pyrimidinderivate (I) [z.B. das aus (Ib) erhaltene (Ic) sowie das aus (Ia) hergestellte (Id)] können, wie das Formelschema zeigt, über die Stufe von Diaminderivaten des Typs (III) zu Purinvertretem [‐ (V)] cyclisiert werden.
