Abstract

This work attempts to study the ethos of vocational trainers. Various possible ethos models have been critically discussed for this purpose. As has become obvious, coherent ethos theories are still lacking, and empirical knowledge remains relatively limited. In addition, it has become obvious that ethos is a complex concept that entails several important dimensions. Discussion of the seven ethos models helped in identify them. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
