Abstract

(Abstracted from Anesth Analg, 122:1287–1300, 2016) Use of prothrombin complex concentrates (PCCs), which include vitamin K–dependent factors II, VIIa, IXa, and Xa, has increased in the perioperative setting. However, prospective data relating to the safety, efficacy, and dosing of PCCs are limited.
